Leadership

Hi!  My name is Mike Salman, and I am the Bishop and Senior Pastor of Harvest.  I have been married to my lovely wife, Suzanne, for 25+ years.  We have 7 daughters and 3 grandchildren.  We love kids!  My love and passion are the scriptures.   I have been an avid student and teacher of the Bible and Christian History.  I hold various degrees and certifications in the Bible.  My other past-time activities are fishing.  I love to fish for Trout, Catfish, and Bass.  We love to camp and spend time with family and friends.  We are a very social family and love hanging out with friends and family and playing board games.  God is good.   

Hi!  My name is Pastor Toby, and I am an elder and teaching Pastor at Harvest.  I have been in the Church, various church elderhips and teaching positions for over 45 years.  I love to study historical and in-depth biblical teachings.  I have been married to Sandy Ramsey for over 50 years.  We have 2 children, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.  I am a retired Xerox Senior Technician and currently enjoy spending time with my family and preaching the gospel to inmates in jails.  I love Harvest and the people at Harvest!

Hi, my name is Suzanne Salman.  I lead worship at Harvest.  I have been in music all my life and love to worship and pray.  I am the wife of Pastor Mike.  We have 7 children and 3 grandchildren.  I love raising my children and helping other ladies navigate through life's difficulties.  Helping others with motherhood and being a Proverbs 31 woman!  I also teach and lead the women's Bible studies.  I love seeing so many grow in their faith and become the women of God He had called them to be.  I am also the Children's Teaching Director and love seeing them grow in Christ!  Children are a blessing from God!

Hi!  My name is Anna Salman, and I am one of the children's ministry teachers.  I am a nursing student at ASU and seeking a Medical Degree.  I love the Lord Jesus Christ and help organize different curricula for children.  I also help with Youth Events and other community organizational ideas.  I love to hang out with my friends and family and enjoy spending time with God as I grow in my faith.    

Hi my name is Rachel Ortega.  I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children, Samuel and Isabella.  I love teaching children and seeing them grow stronger in Jesus.  I am also on the praise team, and I just love to worship and sing to the Lord.  I love to travel and spend time with my family.  I love to be involved in different crafts and design ideas.  I look forward to helping lead others to Jesus!

Hi, my name is Sandy Ramsey, and I am the wife of Pastor Toby.  I am the mother of 2, and I have 9 grandchildren.  I am part of the jail ministry where we go in weekly to minister to female inmates.  I am also part of the compassion ministry, which entails hospital and home visits.  I am retired, but I spend my time talking with others and doing different knitting and sewing projects.  I also love Football.  I have been a football fan since I can remember, and love spending time with other Christians watching games and socializing.  I just love people and showing them God's love!

The council is composed of men and women of God who lead the Church's affairs.  Pastors, Deacons, and Elders who have been part of the Church and have been in Christ for many years.  They uphold the best interests of the Church and its members, decide on various projects, and help mediate discussions and questions that may arise.  They are led by the Holy Spirit and, with one voice, strengthen the Church through love and accountability!
